Wayne Anderson Settles Personal Injury Case For $1,000,000
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, June 2013 – Wayne Anderson of Anderson & Travis settled a personal injury case resulting from a personal injury at work in Colorado Springs.
According to attorney Wayne Anderson, his client was involved in a serious accident involving a 500 pound create falling on top of him during his work day. His client sustained serious injuries that required surgery, physical therapy, and continuous medical treatment. Unfortunately, the injuries sustained also left his client with long-term damage and limited mobility.
Through negotiations, Mr. Anderson was able to obtain a settlement in the amount of $1,000,000. The settlement included costs paid for medical treatment obtained to date, the projected costs of future needed medical treatment, and all wages the client lost while he was out of work due to the accident.
