Megan Hersh

Megan Hersh is a paralegal with Travis Law Group. Megan joined the firm as a records clerk and quickly worked her way into her paralegal position. She obtained her paralegal degree from Pikes Peak Community College while serving tables and raising her daughter. Megan enjoys working with our clients in a compassionate, patient, and understanding way. Megan is originally from California. She loves to hike, read, run and spend time with her family. She has dreamed of working in the legal field since she was a child and finds herself very happy to be currently living that dream.


Dauna Overly

Dauna Overly is a paralegal with Travis Law Group and has more than 25 years experience in multiple areas of the law: domestic relations, personal injury, criminal, domestic violence, civil and military. She’s been a vital member of the Travis Law Group legal team for 15 years. Originally from Pennsylvania, Dauna earned a Pre-Law Associates degree and then attended Pennsylvania State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration. She provided service to her community as a volunteer legal advocate on behalf of abused women and children. She moved from a volunteer to developing, obtaining funding and then establishing a domestic violence legal clinic. To this day, this clinic continues to provide access to attorneys and legal support for domestic violence victims to successfully resolve their cases. Dauna also spent 11 years as a Senior Litigation Paralegal managing multi-million dollar cases involving personal injury, auto product liability, and medical malpractice. Dauna enjoys challenging and complex litigation, as well as the diversity of cases she supports at Travis Law Group. Her goal is to be a one-on-one conduit for the legal process, offering vital information and hope for our clients as they navigate challenging life events. Dauna enjoys hiking and camping in Colorado, as well as spending rewarding time with her granddaughters. She volunteers at their school and with the Girl Scouts.


Marissa Sterrett

Marissa Sterrett is a paralegal with Travis Law Group and has nearly 10 years of legal experience in multiple areas of the law including: domestic relations, civil litigation and appellate law. Marissa supports the practice in everyday case management including corresponding with clients, court, and opposing counsel. She also assists with hearing preparation, mediation, drafting of documents, and preparing discovery to counsel. Marissa was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. She graduated from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Marissa is a diligent worker, who is dedicated to the success of each case. She genuinely cares for her clients and enjoys helping people find resolution and peace. Marissa enjoys crossfit, skiing, hiking, and exploring different parts of Colorado. She loves spending time with her family and dogs, Carly and Graham.

Jessica LaMere

Jessica LaMere is the Records Clerk at Travis Law Group, PLLC. Jessica keeps all of the client case notebooks up to date.  She also assists staff with photocopying, filing, scanning, court runs and errands. Prior to joining Travis Law Group, she gained valuable experience working at a family law firm and a personal injury law firm. On evenings and weekends, Jessica enjoys reading, being outdoors, and photography. Although born in New Mexico, Jessica has been a Colorado resident since she was 5 months old.


Marianne Paine

Marianne Paine is a receptionist for Travis Law Group. She has over 35 years of experience in handling a front desk and being a receptionist. She loves people and will greet you with a smile and go out of her way to help with whatever you may need. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Marianne was the administrative assistant and receptionist for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox for 11 years. She worked with a school district in Tucson as a secretary for 3 years. Marianne also has a great deal of experience in varied aspects of law as she spent 21 years running the Fernley substation for Lyon County Sheriff’s Dept. in Nevada. Marianne was born in California and enjoys travel, reading, movies and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
